But the more I studied it, the more I realized that manifestation is a universal principle, backed by science and aligning with many teachings.
What is Manifestation?
Manifestation simply means bringing something into reality. It's not magic or wishful thinking. It's aligning your thoughts, emotions, and actions to create real change. Many midlife women struggle with this concept, feeling lost or unsure of their purpose. They are longing to rediscover their spark, but uncertain of where to begin.
The Science and Energy Behind Manifestation
Think of it as science plus energy less action. It’s what you focus on, you attract. If you've ever started noticing a certain car everywhere, it's not because more cars suddenly exist. It's your brain filtering them in through the reticular activating system (RAS). Your RAS filters information based on what you tell it is important. This is why focusing on what you want, like midlife joy, instead of what you lack is crucial.
Five Steps to Manifest Your Dreams
Get Honest About What You’re Putting Out There: Your brain doesn't process negatives the way you think. If you say, "don't think about a pink elephant," you'll think of one. Instead of saying, "I don't want to be broke," say, "I'm creating financial abundance."
Rewrite Your Story: Your brain knows when you're lying to yourself. Start small and make it believable. For example, instead of "I'm terrible with money," say, "I'm learning how to handle my money better." Gradually expand your beliefs.
Activate Abundance with Gratitude: Gratitude shifts everything. It moves us from "I don't have enough" to "I already have so much." Start with the easy things and expand.
Future Casting: Step into the version of yourself that already has what you desire. Use your five senses to make it real. Visualize your dream life in vivid detail.
Build Momentum: Manifestation is about showing up daily. Create a daily routine that includes deep breathing, gratitude journaling, visualization, and planning inspired action.

Opportunities will start flowing, and you'll feel an impulse to take more action. Small things you've been manifesting will start showing up. You’ll begin to reclaim confidence. Imagine what could happen if you did this every day for three months or six months.
