I recently had the pleasure of speaking with Dr. Patti Gonzalez on the Rise 2 Shine Podcast about the profound impact of digestive health on our overall well-being.   • Prioritize Sleep: Sleep is essential for our bodies to repair and rejuvenate. Aim for 7-8 hours of quality sleep each night.

  • Hydrate: Drink plenty of water throughout the day to improve digestion and overall health.

  • Nourish Your Body: Focus on eating whole, unprocessed foods that are rich in nutrients and natural gut health remedies.

  • The Addition Rule: Start by adding one healthy element to each meal, whether it's a serving of vegetables, a piece of fruit, or a source of lean protein. This simple strategy can make a big difference over time.

  • Consider a detox for gut health if needed.
